LYMPHATIC ENHANCEMENT TECHNOLOGY (LET)
Detoxify, Revitalize, and Rebalance.
This innovative treatment stimulates your lymphatic system to remove toxins from your soft tissue, boost immunity by accelerating lymphatic flow, and reduce inflammation while promoting your overall well-being.
What is LET?
Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET), is a cutting-edge treatment designed to support your body's natural detoxification processes. The lymphatic system plays a key role in removing toxins and metabolic byproducts from the body. LET assists in this process by improving lymphatic circulation, allowing the body to eliminate waste more effectively.
-
Removing toxins and waste products: Acting as your body's drainage system, it removes waste products and toxins from cells and tissues.
-
Boosting immunity: Transporting immune cells throughout your body to fight off infection.
-
Reducing inflammation: Controlling inflammation throughout the body.

How does LET work?

LET uses a combination of gentle manual techniques and our Aria LET device. This device utilizes a unique blend of light therapy, microcurrent stimulation, and vibrational frequencies. LET aims to stimulate lymphatic vessels and nodes, facilitating improved circulation and drainage of toxins. These energies, along with the therapist's gentle touch, stimulate the lymphatic system to:
-
Improve circulation: Increase the flow of lymph fluid throughout your body.
-
Reduce swelling and inflammation: Flush out toxins and reduce fluid buildup.
-
Boost immunity: Enhance the function of your immune system.
-
Promote relaxation and stress relief: The gentle movements of LET have a calming effect on the body.

Lymphatic Enhancement Technology stands at the forefront of holistic approaches to health, offering a non-invasive means to support the body's natural detoxification and immune processes. As with any health-related technology, it's essential to consult with qualified practitioners and healthcare professionals to determine the suitability of LET for individual needs. Embracing innovative methods like LET may pave the way for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
Benefits of LET
Immune System Support: A well-functioning lymphatic system is essential for a robust immune response. LET may help strengthen the immune system by optimizing lymphatic flow, which, in turn, supports the body's ability to identify and combat infections.

Edema Reduction: People experiencing edema or swelling may find relief through LET. The technology can assist in reducing fluid buildup by promoting the drainage of excess fluids from tissues, helping to alleviate swelling and discomfort.

Improved Circulation: LET enhances blood and lymphatic circulation, promoting better nutrient delivery to cells and efficient removal of waste products. This can contribute to overall improved cellular function.

Enhanced Energy Levels: As the lymphatic system becomes more efficient in removing toxins, individuals may experience increased energy levels and reduced feelings of fatigue.

Stress Reduction: LET has been associated with relaxation and stress reduction. The gentle stimulation of the lymphatic system may have a calming effect on the nervous system, contributing to a sense of well-being.

What To Do Ahead of Time:
-
Stay well-hydrated for a day or so before and after your session.
-
Avoid applying lotion, cream, or deodorant to your skin. You can bring these with you to apply after your session.
-
Eat a light meal beforehand; avoid heavy meals.
-
Remove all jewelry and metal objects.

What to Expect After a Session:
-
The treatment itself feels gentle and delicate. However, the work encourages detoxification of tissues that may have accumulated years of waste and toxins. You may experience some fluid movement in the neck.

Sessions can be 30 minutes to 2 hours, your choice.
Hang out in our lounge afterwards and enjoy a complimentary beverage.
What Does our Lymphatic System Do?
Your lymphatic system is a group of organs, vessels and tissues that protect you from infection and keep a healthy balance of fluids throughout your body. Lymphatic system organs include your bone marrow, thymus and lymph nodes. Swollen lymph nodes are a sign of common infections, like strep throat, but also more serious diseases like cancer.
Your lymphatic system has many functions. Its key functions include:
-
Collecting excess fluid from your body’s tissues and returning it to your bloodstream. This supports healthy fluid levels in your body. Your lymphatic system also filters out waste products and abnormal cells from this fluid.
-
Helping your body absorb fats. Most nutrients can travel through tiny openings (pores) in the walls of your capillaries, and your body can then absorb and use them. But certain fats and other molecules are too large to travel in this way. Your lymphatic system collects fluid from your intestines that contains these molecules and transports it back to your bloodstream.
-
Protecting your body against invaders. Your lymphatic system is part of your immune system. It produces and releases lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell) and other immune cells. These cells look for and destroy invaders — such as bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi — that may enter your body.
